The Thai–Chinese Trade and Investment Policy Development Project Achieves Great Success
Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai Province hosted the 4th Thailand–Yunnan Educational Cooperation Conference on February 18–19, 2025, with support from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). The event saw enthusiastic participation from executives, faculty, researchers, and representatives from various relevant organizations in both Thailand and Yunnan Province, China.
On this occasion, Professor Dr. Akkaporn Kokkangphlu from Khon Kaen University, head of the project “Developing New Trade and Investment Policy Models to Support and Promote Trade and Investment in the Thai–Chinese Economic Corridor,” presented the preliminary results after six months of implementation. The presentation garnered significant interest from the conference participants, as the project plays a crucial role in developing strategies to promote trade and investment between Thailand and China through the framework of educational and economic policy cooperation.
